This has to be a troll to the NFL by McMahon.

He's calling the NFL out. Dude does'nt hide behind fair competition. Im not saying it is fixed, but it sure looks fixed....about as much as WWE.

The people still watching casual NFL games end up scratching their head.

Its not entertaining.

Funded by Vince's own money, nothing to do with WWE financially.

Vince is super rich and he sees an opportunity -- I hope it works and he makes a killing

he obviously learned a lot in the last go round

I think so too, but it wouldn't be dumb if they did the right things, I don't mean stupid shit, like forcing players to stand for the anthem, or banning people who had DUIs. I mean CHANGE THE RULES, make the refs INVISABLE, get rid of replay, make a catch a judgment call, get rid of nonsense, like "survive the ground", I'd get rid of coaches in the booth, radios in the helmets, iPads on the sidelines, make it a sport without technology, make the QBs call the plays, CFL motion rules, get rid of nitpicky stuff, like formation penalties, no punting, etc. Make the game fast paced, have no stoppages, no commercials, except half time like soccer, there's a lot of things you can do that would make it fast, flowing, fun, interesting. Really, making it a constant motion thing that didn't stop, where it was rare to see the refs on the screen and you never had to wait for a review, would be great TV, IMO. But if they put it in there contracts, that they are forced to stand for the anthem as a condition of employment, that's fine too, but I don't care about that.

The guy has failed at every single non-wrestling venture he's tried. He wants so bad to be a success in another field.

It'll probably never happen.

Well, they’ve already stated that the players WILL stand for the anthem....

That's fine with me. But that's the least important thing. if games are just standard, boring pro football, with far lesser players and refs on the screen every 3 minutes announcing a flag and deciding the game, then what's the use? Make the game something different, get the refs out of the game as much as possible and eliminate stoppage of action, no replay at all is a good start.
