Having gone to grad school at CMU, it is my highly worthless opinion that da Judge could become the new Gronk.... |

hey, this is the organization that had the best offseason roster IN YEARS a few years ago. It was also the organization that pulled off the greatest MLB trade in the history of mankind. The Pirates absolutely swindled the Braves by acquiring a pitcher with a career ERA of 4.41 and 18 more losses than wins. The Steelers better take fucking notice and pay attention. |

The thing is, I KNOW there are people at CMU who have done, or are doing, this work. I posted a database a while back that was crawled from the play-by-play game summaries. Pretty sure that was the brainchild of a couple CMU grad students. And there have been other related projects I've seen/heard about out of there. So I wasn't joking when I said they should go to CMU.... |
