That's a pretty big deal.

Well, Steelers obviously don't have Ike and Tez will probably play Madden in the visitor locker room during the game.

That's a big deal also.

Praying McCain and Blake can maintain the "standard."

Lardarius Webb isn't practicing either.

We might tear that secondary up.

Whether we tear the secondary up is almost entirely dependent on how we handle Suggs and Dumervil. The Ravens could start 3 Tez clones at CB and they'd look like Revis, Sherman and Patrick Peterson if we can't protect Ben.

Leave a tight end in to help on Dumervil. Send 3 WR's out and release Bell. Without Smiff who picks up Bryant down the field?

Forsett was held out of practice today with an ankle. Plans on playing but he's dinged up.

Sounds good, although I don't think Beachnut can handle Suggs one on one either.

its an entirely different approach when you play known pass rush threats (Suggs Dumerville) than it is when you play manufactured pass rush (Colts w/o Mathis). Verse Colts, much more of a chess match. Coordinator vs Coordinator on tendency. With known threats, the emphasis should be getting the ball out early and trying to limit mistakes. Its talent vs talent and their OLB's are better than the Steeler OT's.

We should know, we won a lot of football games talent vs talent with our pass rushers the last 10 years. Now that we have to manufacture a pass rush, you see how much gets conceded. How much they have to sacrifice to accomplish the main goal on the play. Now giving up many deep balls, lot of yards, etc. It's more than a talent issue. Everything effects everything else. Its not just Cortez Allen sucks. Even though he does, they may not be able to afford the luxury of giving him the help they could've 5 years ago because of struggles in pressure and run defense
