Was flat out dominant best he has looked in a while. When Tuitt gets back it will be a ton of fun to watch front 3.

Was it just me or did Alualu do fine as a spot starter/backup? But when everybody is healthy, it most certainly will but fun to watch. It's been a while since the D Line or front 7 was dominant.

Hayward was outstanding in this game.

He was unblockable.
Was not being blocked by one man.

Gravedigger had a quiet day.
Wonder what his snap count was.
Probably low again.

This DL has 3 very good DT/DE's that can wreak havoc up the middle.

Cam, Tuit and JH will creat the exact type of inside pressure we will need to disrupt Brady and top QB's

Alualu has been a great addition.
JT Walton is making plays. Thought I recall him getting in on a tackle 5-6 yards downfield near the sideline.
Which is all a result of the non-stop motor and pace that Cam and Tuit have set for this DL.

Cam, JH, Tuit, Dupree, Watt, Shaz, Silverback, Chickillo is a nice group to continue getting after the QB.

and even the occasional Vince Williams blitz, with Haden and Hilton once or twice a game.

I am liking the pressure so far after 2 weeks.

Player of the Week.

I think Tuitt's success the past couple years has made people sleep on Heyward a little bit. Missing last season didn't help matters, either. But the guy is flat out dominant.

Heyward had a very nice game. It was aided by playing against a young, finesse O line. They couldn't handle his power. Tuitt would've completely destroyed them and then some. Can't wait to see them playing together soon.

The first half especially he was a wrecking machine. Now we just need Tuitt back healthy and we can have a really dominant front.

Call me greedy, but I want to see Watt, Dupree, Tuitt, Heyward, and Gravedigger all on the field at the same time. This D could be nasty again soon.

That's a Superbowl defense.

I really like how the team is moving Cam all over the defensive front. It has to make it harder for the linemen to all have to study what will and won't work against him. So many years I have watched us like up guys in the same exact spot and get into the hand fighting and never test different match ups across the line or take advantage of a certain player weaknesses.

Still in 2nd quarter of watching all 22 film but he did have a whopper of a game.
