Simplify playbook...during Ravens week.

How about maximizing potential as well?

*cough*3rd and short- empty set, bubble screen spam*cough*

To be fair, executing on both sides of the ball...lacking.

Nice find Air.

Scunge, big brother is listening.

Quote:
PITTSBURGH -- The Pittsburgh Steelers have begun making a few changes to the offense after a sluggish three weeks.

Veteran wide receiver Justin Hunter, who flashed in training camp but was inactive for the first three weeks, was notified by the coaching staff that he'll play this week. Hunter was told in a team meeting he'll 'get a hat' vs. the Baltimore Ravens.

Can you read my mind from afar too? or did Zoltar give you that information at the boardwalk?

With Hunter likely to get a helmet on Sunday,
I wonder who gets one taken away?

Going to be interesting, especially with Tuit, Gilbert and Watt coming back.

My guess.

Dobbs
Hawkins
McCullers
B. Allen
Feiler
Fort
Rogers

Can't see them giving a helmet to 6 WR's
Maybe AB is back there in a big Raven game.
Back to taking the fair catch.
Or catching and getting out of bounds.

Foster is questionable with his hand injury.
M Bryant has missed the last 2 practices with an illness......hoping its just that bug Villy had.
Wonder if Davis has practiced, left Bears game with ankle sprain.

dressing only 46 is something the NFL should do away with.
what is the reason for this?
contractual / CBA
NFL games accrued - hence FA staus.

If the NFL is worried about safety......
this number should go up,
to 50 or the whole 53.

Art Moats is not a good special teams player at this point of his career, and although he does play some on the ST units his snaps are relatively low (15), Chickillo for example has 66 ST snaps, Dirty Red has 58.

Why Moats can't be deactivated every week for Justin Hunter is beyond me. Having a WR who can score TDs over an OLB who barely plays on defense and ST? It is a head scratcher for sure.

Danny Smith has a lot of influence

Personally I'm not dialing back expectations. I'm cranking them up. Maybe not a lot but up.

I said for the vikes steelers would get 4 td. Didn't get there but that's ok. I'll say rats they get 5 tds

I hope your correct... but a twitch in my belly tells me.. Field goal Todd will dial up great simple plan.. bubble screen to the left for a loss, bubble screen right for a loss or pick 6
Run up the gut for a loss or no gain.. Punt.. Rinse and repeat until the 4th quarter with 4 minutes left and open up the offence and score twice but still lose the game..

that is about the pattern we've seen from this stellar group of coaches.

But we will drop a 60 burger on KC.. just wait..

I guess Bryant is a prime candidate with the illness. I do think Eli is quickly getting passed by JuJu.
