Interesting.

Interesting.
Had know idea he went out for a pass.
Was wide open for a possible TD
I know he reported in as tackle eligible 9 times.
May have stayed on the field more than one play for several of those. Could he have been on the field for offensive snaps a dozen times?

Quote:
Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger missed a wide-open player in Sunday’s win over the Baltimore Ravens and during his post-game press conference he admitted he regrets it. No, it wasn’t wide receiver Antonio Brown that Roethlisberger regretted not seeing wide open during Sunday’s game, it was backup offensive lineman B.J. Finney.

With an extra OL on the field 10-12 times........where is the PA passing.
and this particular play had McDonald and Rosie on the field too.

the fact that the offense had the wrong personnel on the field is a bit discouraging

remember.....first 4 games is an extension of pre-season

I’m laughing and slightly crying.

This is what I’m getting at in the game threads. We are the opposite of a well oiled machine. Sloppy, penalty committing, wrong personnel on the field type football. But we are 3-1 so...

In his post game presser BR said finny asked him what to do in the huddle on the play since he was already on the field with the clock running. He said : block someone and then go to the flat.

I see Haley has the offense running like a well oiled pig.

Penalties, wrong personnel, play calls coming in late.

I wish this dipshit cared for his day job as much as his golf game.

I heard the ref announce his number as eligible but was quickly distracted. If I recall, Villy was a wide receiver in college. Seems like he would be a big target in the end zone, if he can catch.

Villy was the primary target in the fake FG play we attempted in Seattle. That was some play.

Ben hasn't seemed too shy lately about openly discussing issues/confusion that pretty clearly shows Haley's incompetence.

"I told him just go do this - and I missed him, my fault"....that's what you call passive-aggressively throwing your OC under the bus.

I don't think Ben has ever stated it, but I actually believe he doesn't like using PA a lot at this stage in his career. I don't think he likes tuning his back to the LOS and then making/reading a pass play. I could be wrong, but it's what I think at least.
