Ok Deebo made a big play but come on now the D as a whole was superb. If Offense converts the multiple chances it had this game is a laugher. Sean Davis had a huge play as well just as big as Deebo's play.

I was talking more about consistent pressure from Deebo, not just the time he got home.

And OTs are not the only ones afraid of him, Alex Smith hit the deck a yard past the line of scrimmage when he saw Deebo was in the area.

He may be old, but he's still a badass.

Haden is improving each week. Almost like when he is in a functional defense he has time to get healthy and adjust to scheme. If Steelers keep that front 7 healthy they can cause havoc in AFC.

He is still by far the best pass rusher on the Steelers.

I think he is quite possibly the only coach worth a damn on this entire team.

Allow me to disagree. Right now that is Tuitt when he is fully healthy.

It is interesting that Deebo came on to replace Watt. I think that was just the situation.

Longer term, I think the "plan" that has been referenced is Deebo is going to replace Dupree. And that makes a lot of sense, and we all see it.

Dupree despite not recording sacks had a good game. I think it was a fresh Deebo v someone who he owned and coaching identified it and allowed Deebo to close game out. Fisher simply cannot handle Deebo.

Still feel like he could have made the difference late in the losses versus Bears and Jags.

Great to see the old man back on the field.
Made a tackle of a pass on his side.
Pressured often.
And then getting home was a game sealeing play.
Was pretty confident on 4th and 18 at the 50.

Still don't think James saw much more than 20 snaps.
If that. I would guess 18 snaps.

Think he was cursing Tomlin out on the sideline after the game.
"Play me coach"
"Ok James"
"Don't you dare sit me again"
"Ok James"
"Don't fuck with me"

Tomlin grabs James head, rubs it and jogs off.... Thinking I better make light of this.

Wonder if 10-15 snaps against the Bears or Jags could have made a difference.

James laughing and smiling with Tomlin has given you the impression he was mad at Tomlin?

He was absolutely why they won
Brown catch was luck
Smith badly missed a wide open WR at the end
Deebe pressuring smith changed everything - he is so strong that move around the tackle is near impossible to stop

Minored in lip reading Polt.
He was not happy standing on the side line in sweats.
He knew he would have made a difference vs. run game of Bears and Jags.
Said he could play the run until he's 60.

There were a lot of guys on that defense who had good games today. You really can't point to just one guy.

Said in B2Bs 8 keys to game...
That Hilton and Davis would play big roles in making plays...

Yes I can. I can point out the super dumbfuck boneheaded play from Mitchell that made a difference.

Burns made two bad plays late one on the TD and the play that smith missed the wr in the endzone.
but you could almost tell that that Fisher craped his pants when he saw Deebo late
