We will probably get a bye. But if he is not ready by then that means the following week will be touch and go too.

Fucking sucks that we already lost Shazier for this run. To lose AB or him not be his normal self just makes it look like we are snakebitten when it comes to this stuff every year

With the possibility of playing a win or go home game in a few weeks without AB.

We need to get the guys that will be on the field catching passes in sync with Ben......100%
We need to use these next two games to continue the heavy pass centric game plan we used last 5 games, sans the 4th corner turtling, run first mentality.

We need to use these next two games with the intent on having Ben, continue to build chemistry with Bryant, JuJu, Rodgers, James and McDonald.
More up tempo, more early down passes, more first down, more points.

Don’t worry; if a big play is needed you can bank on Tomlin and Haley yanking Bryant off the field for DHB and another down linemen.

I think they will do the minimum to win. Texans are ranked 23 in run defense. Sixth against the pass, and 26th in total defense. They will run a lot of Bell. No AB to free up others. I think well see the first half of the season offense for the first half, and then open it up when necessary.

Who knows. Maybe they just want to make sure he is 100% without much chance for re-injury.

Would rather sit him for wildcard weekend and have him 100% for divisional and afcc if we got that far.

Hope it isn't even an issue and we get a bye.

Rapaport is reporting that AB could possibly play next week and that the injury is actually just a strain

I don't think these guys know anything so I wouldn't worry too much what any of them have to say

This would be so hilarious if it wasn't spot on. Sad.

The end of the Pats game reinforced my perception of our coaching staff.

Sometimes perception becomes reality.

Reality? Our team is coached by mental midgets.

He's been posting snippets of himself rehabbing on Snapchat, mostly stretching, strengthening and range of motion. Haven't seen anything mobility related yet, not that I expected to see him running around this soon.

Good news would be very welcome after the Shaz injury, AB injury and Pats debacle.

Is Yates better than Mike Glennon?

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport indicated Sunday that the Steelers expect Brown, who is out this week with what is described as a calf strain, to be back in form "by the time they take the field in the playoffs whether or not that is the first round or whether or not they get a bye."
Analysis: Rapoport goes on to suggest that the wideout's injury is thought to be minor enough that Brown could play in Week 17, if needed, but the plan is to hold him out, with the postseason in mind. Rapoport's report is more optimistic than the take ESPN's Adam Schefter has relayed, that Brown is not a lock to be ready in advance of the wild-card round of the NFL playoffs. In either scenario, however, it's assumed that Brown won't play in the Steelers' regular season finale against Cleveland next weekend.

well, I should have read the rest of this thread before posting. Hopefully it's true.

On AB’s SnapChat he is doing rehab 24/7.
If anyone will be ready it will be AB.
As of last night he is still walking with a severe limp though.

Calf injuries while not all created equal are a real pain in the ass to heal from, just think back to Troy Polamalu

So you've come around to my point of view, then? You can tell your friend now, no bedwetting involved.
