So Vinnie Curry just picked off a Raider pass.

As he went to the ground, the ball visibly bounced up after the point of it hit the ground.

As much evidence the ball moved because of the ground as the Jesse James catch.

Yet in this case? The ruling on the field stood (meaning they didn’t have conclusive evidence)- the replay took less than a minute.

No consistency. None.

I would be ecstatic of the league told him DO NOT overturn unless it is absolutely, incontrovertably wrong on the field.

Still, the call took wayyyyyy to long!

Of course the more likely scenario is that his is an inconsistent moron.

Was watching that, no sound on.

I thought the exact same thing. In this case, ball clearly hit the ground, DB clearly lost control. It's fuckin' bullshit!!!

It was Darby actually but 100% correct...no way he survived the ground. There was a catch by ertz too on the last drive going to the ground out of bounds that by rule deserved a second look

He's an even bigger moron here re-explaining the James issue

He basically admits in his stupid wisdom that he got it wrong

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/20 ... ard-again/

We are taking about the standard to overrule here.....what a douche

We should be 13-2 right now

Yes...if that was Riveron’s thought process, he’s basically admitting he was looking for a reason to overturn the catch as opposed to deciding whether the evidence it wasn’t was clear and irrefutable.

I think they know people are catching on because I believe the official on Sunday, when he tried to state that “CLEARLY, Kelvin Benjamin didn’t have possession until his left foot came off the ground” (even though it took five minutes to find this supposedly CLEAR evidence), he was under orders to try and quell the growing firestorm over replay review.

Rules written by lawyers interpreted by gym teachers.

NFL in a nutshell.

I doubt that he is a moron. He's just corrupt, doing the bidding of his corporate overlords.

Big difference.
