Bowser is a player on the rise.

He played basketball his first 2 years at Houston

He does things in coverage and at the LOS that are freakish.

He reminds me of a very raw Chad Brown in Bud Dupree's body

He can walk into the NFL and play in packages.

He is way better against the run than most people think.

I don't see a big difference between Bowser and Reddick...Similar prospects

Bowser is bigger, longer, and a better fit to play outside in our D or inside in packages. Really like the player-- inexperience (especially as an edge rusher) is the only issue.

Expect a big Steelers contingent at the Houston pro day-- at least three to five guys sho could wind up Steelers, from rd 1 to UDFA. No one is talking about their WR but he is a terrific possession type. Ayers was the guy that the offense went through, but Chance Allen was the guy they looked for on 3rd down. Howard Wilson, Brandon Wilson, and Tyus Bower are no-brainers. Steven Taylor and Malveaux would be UDFA possibilities.

Now, if they could only draft Ed Oliver, we'd be set. That guy is going to be the #1 overall pick whenever he comes out.

Yeah I am a big fan of Ed Oliver...Sometimes you read shit and say that cant be real

Quote:
And Rashan Gary is, apparently, quite athletic.

Harbaugh posted numbers gathered by Michigan's training staff for a variety of workouts. The one that might stand out the most is the 4.57-second 40-yard dash Michigan says Gary -- a 6-foot-5, 287-pound sophomore defensive end -- ran.

If the time is legit, it would have ranked third among defensive linemen at last month's NFL Combine.

Michigan also claims Gary's vertical jump is 31 inches, his 200-yard shuttle is 25.98 seconds and his broad jump is 9-feet, 6 inches

Another name for the File

Dexter Lawrence

IMO Oliver Lawrence and Gray would have been top 10 picks in this years draft

My best friend/business partner saw every one of Dexter Lawrence's HS games as his oldest daughter graduated with him. Said kid is the real deal. His younger brother, Devon, is a hell of a RB too (I believe he's headed for Clemson). They had another great RB at Wake Forest HS before him by the name of Bryce Love. He's been Christian McCaffrey understudy this past year and is set to become a serious superstar. Kid has some Shady McCoy to his game, for sure.

Pro Football Focus compared UNC WR Mack Hollins to Baltimore Ravens WR Mike Wallace.

"Few receivers had the straightaway speed of Wallace in his prime, but Hollins looks every bit the part," notes the PFF analysis team. "Wallace could run right past a defender, and if he caught it there was no catching him. Wallace was a raw route runner coming out of college, and while he improved, he’s always been a deep-threat receiver first and foremost." The outlet refers to the 6-foot-4, 221-pounder as "a big-time sleeper in this draft." Unfortunately, Hollins' elite speed has not been on display during Combine testing, as he injured his hamstring while clocking at 4.53 seconds. He's recovering from a broken collarbone suffered in October to boot. While the running back and tight end classes have drawn plenty of chatter for their depth, we like quite a few deep-draw wideouts in this class, Hollins among them.
