Listening on the iHeartRadio stream and Bourque was pretty critical of Sid on that PP. Even said he was lazy, which is not a word that I hear very often with Sid, and definitely something that's not acceptable out of your captain.

I counted 2 bad passes and lazy coming out of the zone was the reason for the offsides. Not good.

Murray’s home stats are crazy bad. 5.88 GAA and save % in the 70s. Nuts.

Well since I’m in here talking to myself, I am going to rave a bit about the beer I am drinking. It is a Fremont Brewing Company Head Full of Fresh Hops Hazy India Pale Ale.

I will never for the life of me understand how people drink IPAs. They taste like liquid sandpaper to me.

But hey, if it's your thing, enjoy!

I'm a Belgian dark man, myself.

You show me a Belgian Quad, and I'll show you a damn good beer!

I like myself a Belgian Beer Lipps. I used to loath IPA but I’ve grown fond of hazy NE style ones; oddly enough I live in the Pacific Northwest and don’t like PNW style IPAs.

Lipps, do you like saisons?

On occasion. It's not a style I get frequently or consider myself all that knowledgeable with, but they do occasionally find their way into my purchases when I put together a grab-bag order, and I'm happy to drink one or two. I don't think it's a style I could drink all day, though.

It's vodka Saturday here.

I'm sick of these kind of periods by the Pens. I know it is only 1-0 but they came out slow and sloppy again.

There you go, give up an early second-period goal when Maata gets caught too deep in his own end.

The inconsistency is maddening.

What the fuck is up with him tonight? Two horrendous passes on two separate PP's that nearly resulted in shorties.

This is hard to stomach.

Ruhwedel Maata and Johnson are extreme liabilities. Losing battles all over the ice.

Well you aren’t going to win many hockey games when you have looked terrible 2 of 2 periods.

They mentioned on the radio that they paired JJ with Letang. How'd that work out?

Don't like the idea of pairing Letang with an anchor....but I dunno what other option they have at this point. Putting him with another bottom pair guy is just giving up easy chances.

It's just unreal how horrible of a fit he is here.
