Most back to backs in the NHL.

And since everyone is curious, Pens play in Vegas on Thursday, Dec 14th. https://www.nhl.com/goldenknights/news/nhl-announces-golden-knights-2017-18-regular-season-schedule/c-290066124

Probably more interested in when Vegas comes here (February 6th). That might be a cool game to go to. The standing ovation and tribute for Fleury could be pretty epic.

October is brutal-thanks NHL.

Still pissed that the best the league WOULD do on opening night is St Louis. Would have loved to have Columbus or Washington there on banner night. 3 of 8.

That is a rough early schedule. 5 different occurrences of playing on consecutive days before Nov. 2... all on the road. And how did the Lightening draw to host the Pens twice just 9 days apart getting the birds both times when then played the night before? Pens should extend a big middle finger to NHL by being choosy with some maintenance days for their stars.

I was told that the NHL favors the pens. What gives?

That is what caught my eye. Lots of playoff teams in that first month to go up against. And Tampa with a healthy Stamkos is going to be tough even though they didn't make the playoffs.

Only one game in the state of Florida in December and January. Those are bonus games for the players.
