Thus far the celebration seems to be exceeding that after the Calder Cup win.

But seriously, what a great win...would have loved to see that final dunk go down...

Interesting that Cleveland and Dustin Johnson ditch monkey on same day.

Another amazing block from LeBron!

What a dagger 3 from Kyrie too, awesome.

I'm not a huge Cleveland Cavs fan nor an NBA fan, but I really appreciate their ownership. Those dudes are legit fans who happen to be rich enough to buy the team.

Loved JR Smith's post game presser.

Dude obviously cares a lot about the game and his family.

Stumbled on this. Not really about this past season, but may be of interest. Four point play :

I think it's gimmicky but that's what people thought about the 3 point shot at 1st too.

So I guess Buffalo and San Diego are on top of the sports futility ranking. Buffalo has to be more pathetic because there are a million things to do in San Diego if your team loses.

Pretty lame to join a team you lead 3-1 in a playoff series before imploding.

Westbrook will be out for blood this year unless he's traded.

Almost have to trade him now. At least get some new pieces to rebuild. Next year they get nothing when he goes....

Fuck Golden State.....

My early summer league impressions: Ben Simmons can play. I wasn't that impressed with him in college, but looks totally comfortable in the pro game. Dude handles it like a 1 and has great vision. Too bad Imbiid is a health casualty or they'd have a strong at least starting 5....

I still think OKC is one shooter away from contending. The perfect fit would be Klay Thompson although that's obviously not going to happen.

Durant kind of choked in the GS series, playing what Barkley called "hero ball" instead of working for high percentage shots and burning clock.

The absence of KD gives Westbrook his best chance for an MVP ironically.

It's amusing to watch Pat Riley shed crocodile tears about Wade's exit, when it was absolutely necessary to retool.

Another reason to hate Curry. Charges $2,000 to attend his kids camp in Hawaii.

Had not seen that one, but did see story where Moses Malone Jr. accused James Harden of putting out a hit on him because Malone railed Harden on social media for charging too much for his camp.....

AAU used to be a privelege, now it's the norm. Bad for kids, parents, and society.

So I think I can pretty much turn off the NBA until June 2017 when the Cavs and Warriors meet again. Save occasional OKC games just to watch Westbrook.

That is correct, and exactly the way I played it this past year as well.

I don't think the Warriors are a foregone conclusion. I'm not sure how a wanna be MVP, a fake MVP, a former MVP, and the actual MVP are going to play down the stretch when it matters....

And I will never trust those Clippers, but the bullshit rule changes certainly benefit them the most.....

T-wolves and Portland going to be dangerous......

There might be a chemistry problem, a la Gary Payton on the 2004 Lakers.

I suspect Klay Thompson is not going to be too happy about his numbers going way down. Only one ball on the court at one time.

Frankly surprised they didn't go after a banger C or PF instead of Durant.

Rodman on 1996 Bulls made more sense. He didn't want the ball.

Still, I think they get the West. Love it if OKC somehow upsets them.

Durant abandoned ship as it was all coming together...kind of a punk ass move.
