The Steelers plan, structure, and playcalling is alright but not special. Their talent on offense is quite a bit better and they get less out of it. They have 3 HOF level players on offense-- wouldn't rule out 5, by the time Pouncey and Decastro are done-- and a handful of very good players.

And i am 100% positive BB would not use the "NE System" with Ben. Hes smart enough not to stick with a "we do what we do mentality". He would strategize and take advantage of Bens strengths.

You switch HC's for the Steelers and Patriots and Ben would at least get 4 rings.

yup I made the same point earlier.

Member when everyone here was wishing we'd hired Mike Zimmer as our head coach, because only our head coach plays down to bottom feeder teams on the road?

20-3 Bears, at the moment.

Also, Zimmer blew a high pick on a turd, Trey Waynes, so he's not immune from draft day mistakes, either.

People wanted Zimmer as HC? For all of those years he was winning Lombardis in Cincy?

the best part: by the end of the season, the Vikings will be dogshit and the Steelers will look damn good.

Tomlin has a generational QB. Zimmer has Bradford. Nuff said.

Everyone here would mean even the Tomlin apologists like you and STD.

Seriously though, when's the last time the Steelers beat a Jake Cutler-led team? Not really a good example.

B2B...does the buck stop with Mike Tomlin or does it not?

One playoff win in five seasons...a gifted win at that (I don't want to hear any bullshit about "But...but...we were dominating Cincinnati before Ben got hurt". A 15-0 lead isn't dominating shit).

Either Tomlin is accountable for that, or he's just a potted plant.

Neither makes him an attractive candidate for the Hall of Fame.

Zimmer has how many top 15 draft picks on his roster? How many #1 picks in recent years? (Answer: a lot.) It sure helps to be really shitty for a few years.

I keep saying this :-)

The vikings have picked in the top 15 4 times since 2010 and 3 of those were defensive picks. Barr being the best one. Some not top 15 picks have come through for him as well like Harrison Smith and Xavier Rhodes.
