Ravens roll on first Drive

Marvin Lewis apparently forgot his challenge flag. Steve Smiff bounces one underneath him and gets credit for catch, no challenge even when D back is saying it hit ground, next play TD.

That is just baffling to me. How if I've already seen the replay showing it hit the ground does Lewis not have equivalent/superior intel??

Marvin Lewis makes Mike Tomlin look like Paul Brown. Paul's son is as fuckin' dense as a bunker wall which is why Marvin is still employed.
