Incredible finish in TNF... and the KC loss means that a Steelers' win on Sunday, and they will be the in the lead for home field in the AFC.

Not too shabby for a team run by morons, huh? Although if NE wins, they'll be there too.

Steelers have the tiebreaker over NE for now.

Crazy finish to that game. Feels like they were letting the receivers get real physical with the DBs from the get go on that first TD with Cooper.
I've never seen a game extended by three penalties with zero seconds on the clock. Unreal. A couple of real corkers on Thursday night this year!

Plus, we play those fuckers in our house and we're going to take it to them like it's 2004 Halloween.

Let's not be reminded though, of what happened later that year, when the game REALLY counted.

I can already feel myself, counter to my better judgement, starting to believe we can beat these fucks in the playoffs this year. I'm trying to guard against that....one of those Fool Me Once, Fool Me Twice things. Come Game Day, and usually well before, I'm ALWAYS believing the Steelers will win. Did so last week...will likely do so December 17 vs. Patriots...but even winning that game, I would still rather avoid the Belichickians in the playoffs.

And...yes, Poltargyst, not bad for a team run by morons. I still think they win in spite of themselves sometimes.

I'd love to see that again. One of my fondest memories of my trips to the Burgh!

This year's Pats are the most vulnerable version of them I've seen in quite a long time. Defense is awful, offense is missing some weapons and Brady is looking more human than normal.

That said, they have a tendency to sure up their shortcomings come playoff time, especially against us, so I'm definitely not going to underestimate them should we play see them in January.

If we are able to do what we did against the Chiefs and collapse the pocket up the middle, Shady is going to have his hands full. He doesn't like moving and he especially doesn't like getting hit. That is the key to disrupting his rhythm.

I see a lacrosse player running free......

Considering Hogan had 3 for 41 in the other two games we've played him and considering the two guys he tooled aren't playing on this D... I feel a little better about it.

Is it safe to say the steelers now have the DB's to play a little man cov against the Pats?

Wonder if Tomlin and staff have a good body of work...I mean thrashing of the team to study and to finally employ a scheme that makes sense to actually beat those pricks?

I live in Kansas City and it is a beautiful day here. Chiefs fans are great.

1. The refs screwed them.
2. Conspiracy to give Oakland a better record heading into Mexico City game, where they have a ton of fans.
3. Too many injuries.

and my personal favorite.........

4. The defense was tired at the end and it is hard to tackle when you're tired.

Let's take care of business!

Naturally, living in AFC West territory, I will be treated to Broncos/Chargers Sunday. Brutal.

Three KC cheerleaders visited one of my facilities today for a tour. I was happy to rub in the Steelers win. They all said they were more upset about last nights loss

If I could figure out how to upload photos from my phone I would add them.

The Steelers have a better defense this year than last. The Patriots have a worse defense this year than last. We have a real chance of beating them this year.

I bet they will now that they have the personnel to do so.

Hope you fuckers are right. I'm just about always optimistic about a Steelers win (unlike the other guy posting on this thread with BF initials), but I just can't must any confidence when I look at the imbalance on the Head Coaching ranks.

Last I checked...Pats still have Bill Belicheck, Tom Brady, and Ernie Adams...
And Steelers still have Mike Tomlin and Todd Haley.

Ah, but the players on the field are not the same as last year so hope remains.
