Its hard to completely deride Butler. We had three rookies starting and our D was pretty good up until today. The arrow is finally pointing up for the D.

I'm dissapointed in what I saw today though. Total fucking breakdown.

Don't have anyone on D that strikes fear. Won't win a AFCC until we've got that horse. People can praise Tomlin all day but we're not winning a SB and getting past the premier teams until we have a coach with enough smarts to out coach, out plan, out scheme, out draft, out develop his adversaries.

Any reports of subterfuge?

Seriously, no matter who is playing zone for the Steelers, Brady and his WR's eat it for dinner. The margin for error is too small with that scheme. We will see a disappointing outcome in this matchup about 18 out of 20 times.

I'd like a HC that focuses on scheme, game planning and execution, especially in a game like this against an opponent like this. Mike Tomlin isn't that guy.

Think the players are evenly matched if not better. These guys did not show up today. Tragic we have top listen the ball washers sims and nance...our our fault....Lets go Pens....plus the coaching staff are a bunch of ill prepared jagoffs....I'm over it but cooking...

Harrison's done.

Jervis gone.

DHB is a possibility.

William Gay.

The simple question is who owned that defensive gameplan today? It's either Tomlin's, or Butlers. Whoever is responsible should get the pink slip.

They've both been here long enough to know better. One must go. As should Haley.

Right. My point was Butler's body of work this season will outshine this abomination. As with Tomlin. My belief is that when it comes to our staff, Good is the enemy of Great.

There's a point where players should realize that the gameplan sucks. You don't think maybe Harrison said, fuck, when they divulged it. If that point comes, players will leave for greener pastures. It may be tough to sign AB and LeBron, as they will come to realize this coaching staff is not interested in going to the big dance, because they are incapable of offering a quality game plan. They will go for the money instead and who could blame them.

We aren't getting to or winning another SB with this bafoon unless someone else does the heavy lifting for us.

I'm quite confident we could have beaten the Texans at home had they been able to pull off the upset last week.

Harrison, but I wouldn't be surprised if he gave it one more shot.

William Gay - We need move on regardless whether he retires or not. Dude runs like an old ass reindeer now

Timmons idk? Can we survive today's NFL with Shaizer, VW, and Dirty Red?

Phil Simms put a voice to what we have all said for years.

He wasn't ballwashing the Patriots. He spent the entire game essentially saying "What the fuck are the Steelers doing? Are they trying to lose the game?"

It was refreshing to hear him say that.

Many positives and good kudos on defense this year. Both Tomlin and Butler deserve credit.

But someone owns credit for that abortion tonight. And this has been a trend approaching a decade - both of whom have been here for.

We can't beat NE with that gameplan. How does that change? Well there's your answer as to who should go.

Good luck. Tomlin is here for another 5-10 years.

This is wrong. Maybe it is time to go. It this team CAN win a SB. Ben has limited years. Changing this coaching staff is a mistake. We roll with what we got.

The Steelers need to add another Wr and pass rusher and have to find a te to replace green

Well, we just saw tonight this coaching staff can't beat NE.
