Only problem here is NO didn't capitalize on the espionage

Peyton served up some reverse karma

Quote:
Although Pats coach Bill Belichick seemed pleased with the overall effort of his team, he wasn't exactly bubbly in his postgame press conference, and referenced a problem with the headsets.

"Communication was difficult ... before the game and all game," Belichick said.

He was pressed later about the subject but promptly shut down further discussion on the topic.

"I'm done talking about it," he said. "I said what I had to say."

After the 42-27 loss to the Chiefs 10 days ago, the Pats responded immediately with positive results, and Belichick credited the team for that.

"Obviously a long week," he said, "and thought we had a real good week of preparation. ... I think our team responded well to this week of practice."

Several players last week spoke to a lackluster attitude in the loss to the Chiefs, but Belichick said that wasn't an issue against the Saints.

"I think our whole team competed well. ... We definitely made progress across the board," he said.

But despite the win, injuries piled up for the Pats. Wide receivers Chris Hogan and Phillip Dorsett, cornerback Eric Rowe, and, most notably, tight end Rob Gronkowski either left the game or appeared to be dealing with ailments over the course of it.

As usual, though, Belichick did not dwell on what those setbacks could possibly mean.

"We'll do the best that we can with the best that we have to work with," he said. "So that's what we'll do."

Madden curse is having a funny diversion this year too

If you like Belichick's pressers, check out Zimmer after the vikings loss.

Is this what came over the headsets?
