Nice.

Always said TJ is ahead of his peers with football smarts and hand work.

Thanks for posting.

I'm wondering if big bro JJ is giving him pointers for the Colts game this week? 8-)

125% sure he is.

TJ Watt will be a pro-bowler with the Steelers within 3 years.
He has the relentless motor his brother has along with great physical tools.
Add in big-time football smarts and complete dedication to the game, and you have a complete stud.

Great find Stalls

We struck gold with Watt. Elite ability to read and react.

Watching him set guys up to make his move is pass rush art. And it's going to get better.

The addition of Haden, Hilton, Watt have added a ton of football smarts to this defense. A very good thing.

Bud Dupree got owned by that Bengal TE in the first play...I don't think I've seen an OLB get ridden so parallel to the line of scrimmage.

It's painful watching how inefficiently Dupree's thoughts are translated into motion. His explosion and energy are wasted on odd vectors. I thought all he needed were snaps. Instead he seems to be on the Timmons 7 year learning curve....

Voch WhatTheFuck is another painful experience....

Thank God for TJ Watt. Not sure where we'd be without him. We certainly can't rely on Dupree to carry the load. It was so painful watching him get absolutely flattened by a TE

You understand that Bud is running a stunt, right? His job is to engage that TE and take him inside so that the ILB can have a free run at the QB-- which he did. In addition, there's a play fake and Bud got a twofer, with a free run at the RB in case he did get the ball. What that looks like to me is a designed play based on film study of the opponent and I thought Bud did great with his job. Maybe could have wrapped that RB but the rest is pretty nitpicky.
