Chiefs had a guy that could and did shut down Gronk- but he is gone for the season. And they got owned in the rushing game and added Harrison to plug the leak. So not going to be the blow out that occurred at the beginning of the season. Honestly, all this SBI is well-intentioned but I'm old school on this- I want the Pats at their house with a healthy AB, a healthy Joe Haden and rested DL.

I'll take Kareem Hunt v James Harrison any day of the week.

Highly doubt Pats lose twice in the same season to the same team. Just doesn’t seem plausible to me.

So it's a good thing the Steelers lost two weeks ago then.

It's happened four times this decade

Jets twice in 2010

Giants twice in 2011

Ravens twice in 2012

Broncos twice in 2015

I would too, but the Pats aren't going to let Harrison in the ring for that matchup. They want no part in any situation that Harrison will be 1 v 1 against a guy that Harrison couldnt guard in his heyday.

there is no fucking way in the world we win at Foxboro:

Can't run the no huddle due to crowd noise

Steelers FO will advertise where the team is spending the night, giving douchebag Pats fans the chance to pull a fire alarm the night before.

Pats will have an electronics advantage at home (head set malfunction)

Our defense will be repeatedly shredded by Gronk down the middle

Tomlin/Haley are like kindergarten children going up against BB/Patricia -- HUGE going advantage for the Pats

Do we get to look ahead and root against the better NFC teams. Or is it SBI-backup to root for the best from the NFC in case NE goes to another SB?

Nope...SBI stops if/when Steelers are out. You're welcome to take shot at the NFC side, Kodiak....I've just not done it. We already took care of the Vikes with little problem, but would be a home game for them. I'm inclined to want to face the Iggles.

I doubt the Vikings would enjoy that much of a home field advantage against Steeler Nation if it were to come to that. Lot of football between here and Minneapolis though.

Steelers FO will advertise where the team is spending the night, giving douchebag Pats fans the chance to pull a fire alarm the night before. (Finding out where a team is staying is more or less a google search these days. Call the 3 or 4 - 5 star hotels in the area)

Pats will have an electronics advantage at home (head set malfunction) (yeah there is that- but if we are running no huddle its not a factor. Defense is working with three or four press looks and it should be quiet for the Pats offense.

Our defense will be repeatedly shredded by Gronk down the middle (What you missed is Gronk with everything to play for (2 million dollar bonus) got shut out yesterday on a consistent double team by the Jets. If the Steelers can implement that with Burns, Haden, Sutton, Hilton with Davis applying the double AND stop the running game. The Patriots cannot move the ball. Essentially its the Miami game for them.

Tomlin/Haley are like kindergarten children going up against BB/Patricia -- HUGE going advantage for the Pats. How do the Patriots cover a TE bunch with a healthy McDonald in it? How do they cover JuJu and Bryant with a healthy Brown requiring a double team? How do they stop Bell from exploiting their LBs in coverage? If they have ALL those answers- you tip your hat. But come on if they did they wouldn't have gotten blown out by the Chiefs and taken to school by the Panthers and the Texans.

Dude did someone in a Patriots costume touch you when you were little? Because you are gunning for the plastic sheet set award

Probably the same exact people who touched Tomlin , who pissed the bed running a give up draw because he was ascared of the almighty patriots.
Guess Mikey T is cut from the same cloth eh?

Yeah if they did he's shaken it off. He is the same guy who gave an interview saying that he welcomed the challenge and pissed on the "one game at a time" coaches speak- much to fan dismay. No one should be scared of the Patriots after week 15 with their nonpressure zone coverage. Not Alex Smith and surely not Ben.

I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE FUCK YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT

moreover, the quotation you attributed to me is completely hacked -- I didn't write 2/3's of that garbage you quoted from me. Go back to my original post and delete all the nonsense you added
